About us

Global Peace & Humanitarian Awards is presented to honor individuals and organizations in various fields whose exemplary efforts have significantly improved the lives of others and consistently contributed in promoting a culture of Peace and humanitarian services.

This Prestigious award also seeks to honor those who have demonstrated great courage and creativity in their work with the power to inspire others, the ability to lead, take responsibility and also incredible integrity in difficult circumstances.

Global Peace & Humanitarian Awards serves to recognize, applaud, and showcase a diverse array of the world’s most impactful non-profit organizations spanning various sectors, all dedicated to community service and societal advancement. Our mission is to shine a light on these non-profits, not only to honour their efforts but also to amplify their voices and enhance their opportunities. In doing so, we aim to foster an environment of positivity and proactive engagement worldwide.

Our Awarding Board

Is seeking outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in the public and private and non-profit sectors and will recognize attributes such as achievements in corporate social responsibility, community service and development as well as environmental protection.

Cover a wide range of all the various sectors you can think of in the humanitarian, philanthropist and corporate social responsibilities, ranging from banking and finance, agriculture, theatre and arts, journalism, fashion, law, sports, event management, health, technology and innovation amongst others.

Award Processing

WHO CAN NOMINATE?

The nomination process is open to the General public. Even self-nomination can be made. Nominations/Recommendations are invited Every Year.

CATEGORIES OF AWARD ARE AS UNDER:

  • Art – Includes Music, Painting, Dancing, Acting, Sculpture, Photography, Cinema, Theatre, etc.
  • Social Work: Includes social and charitable services in the areas of affordable healthcare and education, other contributions to community projects like Environment, Sanitation, plantation, Food Drives etc.
  • Public Affairs: Includes work in the area of Law, Public Life, Politics, etc.
  • Science & Engineering: Includes Space Engineering, Nuclear Science, Information Technology, Research & Development in Science & its allied subjects, etc.
  • Trade & Industry: Includes banking, economic activities, management, trading and business in the areas of manufacturing, hospitality, technology, textiles, accounting, finance, tourism, etc.
  • Medicine: Includes medical research and distinction/specialization in Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Naturopathy, etc.
  • Literature & Education: Includes promotion of literacy and education, education reforms, teaching, journalism, literature & poetry, authors, etc.
  • Civil Service: Includes distinction/excellence in administration etc. by Government Servants
  • Sports: Includes All Sports, Athletics, Mountaineering, promotion of sports, etc.
  • Best HODs & Principal: HODs , Principals, Head Masters & Mistress of the Institution, Colleges, & Schools.
  • Others: Includes fields that are not covered in the above-mentioned fields. This may include Spirituality, Yoga, Wild Life protection/conservation, Culinary, Agriculture, Grassroot Innovations, Archaeology, Architecture, etc.
  • Posthumous Cases: The Award is not conferred posthumously. However, in highly deserving and rare cases, the GPHA could consider giving an Award posthumously.

Nomination

Award is open for everyone. Interested participants needs to nominate their profile by filling up the nomination form, with all credentials before deadline of nomination process.

Sorting Eligible Applications

Selection committee reviews all candidates to make sure they meet the eligibility requirements to sort their profile for competition. Nomination fee will applicable only if the candidate is selected.

Finalising

One candidate (Male, Female and NGO) from each category will be selected and invited to attend our grand award ceremony.

  • Any person without distinction of race, Caste, Color, Creed culture, religion, occupation, position and sex is eligible for this Award. However, serving Government servants, including those working with PSUs, Doctors and Scientists, are also eligible for this Awards.
  • The Award seeks to recognize works of distinction and is given for distinguished and exceptional achievements/service in all fields of activities/disciplines.
  • Nominee must still be over the age of 18, by event date.
  • Nominees with repeat submissions will have no advantage over those with one nomination.
  • The selection process is not determined by the number of nominations an individual receives, Nominations can be anonymous and letters of recommendation are not required.

THE GLOBAL PEACE & HUMANITARIAN AWARDS SUMMIT


The Global Peace& Humanitarian Awards Summit is an educational and networking event for shortlisted nominees. It is expected to gather over 500 Humanitarians, Philanthropists, Entrepreneurs and Chief Executives. The Summit offers participants a one-day retreat in order to gain new perspective on their businesses. It also serves as a networking event for the industry’s present and future leaders. Attendees will have a full day session with renowned strategic business discussions. The conference aims at putting the spotlight on these humanitarian achievers by building a strong platform and give them a wise and opportunities to the next generation of industry in building the positive attitude to strive for excellence.
